Don't you just love craft fairs? I also like to go around and see the compition, too. Glad you had a great day but sorry Corey didn't stick around to help you get all set up, but sounds like your friend was kind enough to lend you her nephew to help you. Crafters are cool people. Inside of making quilts for the next one, what about table runners, wall hangings, Christmas stockings, etc.. Those items sell really well around the holiday time, as people use them for gifts. Just an idea. Jess, if you email me I will give you a great idea for the next sale...... love ya.

Congratulations on your first show! I really wish I lived closer to we could hang out and craft together... and I could help you out with things like this - like a ride, and some extra hands to set up your goods. But I'm glad to hear it went smoothly! Let's see some photos of your set up! Hey, have you thought of starting a flickr? I think it would be a good way to get more traffic to your blog and shop - through photos. I always post photos to my flickr as soon as I list something in my shop or write about something on my blog, and add a direct link under the photo so people can easily follow it. You should look into it. There's also tons of direct crafty flickr groups your could join to. Email me if you're interested in some places to start! I've been thinking about going through my fabric stash and clearing out some stuff I like but haven't touched (some great kid prints from reprodepot that I just *had* to get, but then can't find a use for - baby quilt maybe??) - would you be interested?
